Happy 100th Day of School!!

Can you believe that we have already been kindergarteners for 100 days?!?!? It has flown by! Today we had the best time in math using 100 things at different stations.

 

In the first station, the kindergarteners were given the challenge of building the tallest building using Keva Blocks. Before we started, we had to figure out the best way to count the blocks to make sure that we truly were working with 100 things. We made 10 groups of 10 then counted our groups by 10 to 100. In the second station, kindergarteners were to find 100 objects. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the third station, kindergarteners were to build the tallest structure using 100 cups. Some of the structures that they build were amazing!!
