Social Studies:
This week in Social Studies we will begin a new unit called
"Our Country: Land that we LOVE!"
We will be learning about the USA, patriotic holidays, and practice saying the Pledge of Allegiance!

Math:
In math this week, we will continue learning about comparing numbers using words like "greater than" and "less than." We will play games and do hands on activities to practice comparing numbers.

Science:
This week we will be learning all about different types of ENERGY! We will learn about light energy, thermal energy, and sound energy. This week we will focus on thermal energy and sound energy. We will become experts at finding sources of heat and sources of sound.
Ask your learner at home if they can spot anything around your home with sound energy or thermal energy!

Fall Family Picnic / TCE 25th Birthday
The TCE Fall Family Picnic / 25th Birthday Celebration that was originally scheduled for Friday, October 4th is going to be rescheduled, date TBA! TCE will be participating in the Coppell ISD Community Tailgate on Friday, October 4th! More info coming soon!
